To apply for a Staples Business Account visit www.staples.co.uk or ask for an application form next time you are in store. In order to speed up the process, please make sure that you submit a copy of one form of business ID (e.g a bank statement, utility bill, business credit card bill or VAT registration statement) with your application.

Once you have completed your form you can:

  1. Send it by freefax to 0800 328 0343
  2. Send it by post to Staples Business Account, PO Box 1035, Doncaster, DN1 9JB
